At Scorolash, we’re committed to making your experience simple, seamless, and stress free from checkout to delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from our Nevada fulfillment facility, with most U.S. deliveries arriving within 2–5 business days depending on location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping & Duties
We proudly ship worldwide. For many international destinations, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout to help avoid unexpected fees upon delivery. This helps create a smoother, more transparent delivery experience for our international customers.
Please note that shipping times for international orders may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier operations. If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout for your region, your local customs authority may require payment before delivery.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at help@scorolash.com. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate updates, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Changed your mind? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. All items must remain in their original packaging, and a photo of the unopened products may be required before the return process begins.
