Use the whole serum. If you're not happy with your results, email help@scorolash.com with your order number. We'll refund the full amount you paid. No returns. No photos, no forms.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem. If you haven't opened your order yet, we'll send you a free return label within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. A photo of the unopened products is required to begin the return process.

International Returns

This section applies only when a physical return is required for your unopened order. Customers outside the United States are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns ship to our warehouse in the United States, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We can't issue refunds for packages lost in transit without tracking. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged on the return shipment are also the customer's responsibility. Once your return arrives and is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the cost of the product. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
