It is recommended you only apply to your top eyelashes. When you blink, the serum will naturally transfer to the bottom ones. Applying to both your top and bottom eyelashes will use more serum for little to no gain.

You should use Scorolash once or twice per day! We recommend applying twice a day for the first month for maximum results! Scorolash is best to be used in the morning and evening because studies have shown that when products near the eyes are applied at night, they have an increased chance of sensitivity due to various factors. When used in the morning the eye’s lacrimal glands are more active, sensitivity is reduced leading to a healthier experience. Because we are unaware of the sensitivity levels of all customers we have created a general rule for everyone to use the product in the morning and evening.

Make sure that your lashes are clean before applying. Shake the ingredients in the bottle and remove excess from the tip of the wand by stroking it on the neck of the bottle 3 times. Do not apply onto your eyelids or skin. Only at the roots of your eyelashes. If you forget one day, just hop right back in the next day. Simply apply daily to strengthen and boost your own lashes.

A tube of our serum will last 1-2 months, depending on how often you apply the serum. Pro tip: We recommend applying twice daily for the first month for the best results! Also, please make sure to swap out old bottles for maximum results. Our serum doesn't use any yucky preservatives, so our serum definitely has a shelf life!

Scorolash has not been tested in all situations; therefore we recommend you consult with your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Yes, our serum is cruelty-free as we have never, and will never, test our serum on animals. We also do not work with manufacturers that do animal testing. You can rest easy knowing that Scorolash is 100% cruelty-free!

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) from our facility in Nevada. Shipping will take an additional 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, it may delay processing. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an automated email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

All orders include a tracking number. It will automatically be sent to your email that you provide us during checkout. If you received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update.

Upon emailing us with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
